At Acqua Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all fixtures, fittings, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns center, and drop it off at your preferred courier; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
