What is the standard delivery timeframe for large fixtures?
Standard delivery for bulky items like bathtubs and vanities typically takes 5-7 business days. Smaller accessories are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.
Do your products come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all Acqua Bathrooms products come with a minimum 12-month warranty. Many of our premium ceramic and brassware ranges include extended warranties of up to 10 years.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for large furniture items, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Acqua Bathrooms is a supplier only. We recommend hiring a licensed plumber or contractor to install your fixtures to ensure your warranty remains valid and the product functions correctly.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a priority replacement.
Are your taps and showerheads compatible with low-pressure systems?
Most of our modern range is designed for high-pressure systems. However, we do stock specific models optimized for low-pressure gravity systems; please check the product specifications or contact us for advice.
